A Message For Dick Cheney
Cheney Opposes Retribution Against Schiavo Judges
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A23666-2005Apr3.html?nav=rss_politics/administration
Vice President Cheney says he opposes revenge against judges for their refusal to prolong the life of the late Terri Schiavo, although he did not criticize House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-Tex.) for declaring that they will "answer for their behavior."
A Message For Dick Cheney
From Dave Wissell
Dick,
You make a reference to Judges and a cause not for retribution in the Terri Schiavo case. As a member of the People we demand some clarification. Perhaps you can clarify for the people (and for all state and Federal “judges” in the Terri Schiavo case) which of the alleged Judges in her case are employed by the Judicial branch and which are employed by the Legislative branch? We will accept no other answer than Legislative or Judicial as we are well aware that the powers granted in the Constitution are only to 3 branches of government and do not include fictions such as Quasi-Judicial, etc.
As we all know now, the Legislative branch only employs “hearing officers” and not true judges -- even though the people have been fooled by his black robe and tricked-into these “findings of fact forums” instead of courts of law. We all know that Legislative branch “hearing officers” are limited, by separation of powers, to only members of their same branch and definitely not to a sovereign without the sovereign's implicit consent. Perhaps you will go one step further and prove for us whether the presiding officers of the
Now Dick, this should be very easy for a man in your position and with access to all forms of research. A simple list will function quite nicely with the Judges name and to which branch of government is his employer -- Legislative and Judicial. Next you will provide for this list whether Terri Schiavo HERSELF gave her consent to any of these hearings.
With this as a backdrop and assuming at least one of the originating courts in the Terri Schiavo case was Legislative branch (in employment of presiding officer) can you please tell us what right a Legislative branch mere hearing officer has to deprive a sovereign of a right to life? Can you please answer how even a Judicial branch hearing officer could deprive a sovereign of a right to life without the presence of sovereign jury members fully informed that they are to judge fact AND law?
Now a more fundamental question. Can you then tell us how ANY presiding officer could even begin to deny an inalienable right to life when there is no evidence to support that Terri Schiavo caused any injury to any other sovereign member of the people?
Dick, you are employed by the Executive branch of the Federal government. You are a high ranking employee of that branch with powers to command lower-level employees. The executive branch of the government is charged with enforcing law. The supreme law for government is the Constitution. It is law for government and not people with the understanding that government is to protect the rights of people. Your job is to enforce the law for government. Certain enumerated rights were so important that they were listed in the Bill of Rights as a “thou-shalt-not-tread-on-these” edict to government and its employees. In order for any state to be a member of the Union, they agree to abide by the Constitution of the united States of America
Why did you not do so in the Terri Schiavo case? Is this not a dereliction of duty to the Constitution you swore to uphold?
