Mae Magouirk is safe for now (but death interests trying to get her back in hospice)
We have all got Kenneth and his Aunt Mae through the first hurdle, but the guardian Beth Gaddy, who was doing the dehydrating against the law is still in the fire.
And the local police, Judge, Adult Protective Services, disability advocacy council in that region and others still need some polite education and reminders that they cannot allow or by omission or lack of funding, the intentional starvation and dehydration of its citizenry. It's Criminal and should be strictly prohibited. They need to be reminded that whatever systems they have to catch these murders has failed. If they do not have a system then they need to get one pronto because the nations people are no longer going to accept these intentional causations of death to be nothing other than murders.
Kenneth, please do not let your guard down with these Merchants of Death and Deathmaking. They are the other people, still for you to meet, who will try to find ways to help Beth with her personal goal. Beth Gaddy sadly is concerned about herself personally and her current unless changed inheritance; it is a temptation that is a strong force.
You will have to maintain 24 hour protection by the use of other family that are 150% to your cause to see that her rights, wishes and LIFE are protected and afforded to Mae McGourik. You must review all medications, her charts, the nurses notes daily. No narcotics until she can be cleaned out, rehydrated, and asking for food. She has been in a drug-induced coma against her will, and her Living Will. Try not to talk about any of the wrong-doings by the Hospice but proceed with this on back-channels with a trusted attorney who has no affiliations with any of the parties or the Judges that may become involved later. We can help bring you up on how to investigate these things. The loyalties that exist under the radar will curdle milk and you will need to learn of this while you double speed recovery and protection for Mae.
These people are going to be in a new posture with you. Damage control and litigation defense mode. Do not expect them to be too easy to get off records. You must gather very inconspicuously and without alerting to urgency every medical record you can starting with today going backwards. Every doctor that has seen her. Every nurses note and continue with an appeal of the decision for Beth Gaddy to be guardian as she has an obvious conflict of interest and that is too high hurdle for her to overcome.
There should not be a guardianship. As soon as she is off the narcotics and can be determined to be "legally" with her faculties, you must get her to produce/construct a 'designated health care surrogate document' with you and 1 backup as the legal health care proxy and surrogate to make all health care and no death causing decisions.
Also have her change or do a dissolution of the Durable Power of Attorney over property with Beth Gaddy and create one for you and an alternate that is for both property and for all matters regarding health care decisions, except that no person, court, or entity has any authority and is prohibited from denial, withholding, refusing or withdrawing sustenance, hydration, food, nutrition, water, medicine, feeding by mouth or alternative delivery device in sufficient quantities necessary to sustain her life.
Keep looking over your shoulder and Mae's as you have already seen how they will participate together behind your back to try and make her very dead.
They have not changed everything, especially the factory, overnight, just because of you and us. This is a work in progress with Mae the first priority, every minute, whether awake or asleep. People need to help you round the clock so you can sleep and never burn out. Always take moments throughout the day and give the thanks and praise where it belongs. Terri and the Pope gave their lives for us all to stop these starvation and dehydration murders across this land and globe. We will win and lose along the way. I applaud you Ken for taking this strong stand for the Culture of Life we see in the future. No matter what the president may see it to be.
Hope this is helpful. You have my ph. # Ken.
I patiently await your update, as will we all no doubt.

Mae Magouirk, the 81-year-old Georgia widow over whose medical care a family tug-of-war reminiscent of the Terri Schiavo case has been raging, has been transported from the hospice in LaGrange, Ga., to the University of Alabama-Birmingham Medical Center, according to her nephew, where "she is receiving food, fluids, cardiac care and neurological help."
This morning, Magourik's nephew Ken Mullinax, who had been fighting to have his aunt removed from Hospice-LaGrange in LaGrange, Ga., where, he said, she had not been properly fed or hydrated, contacted WorldNetDaily with this phone message:
Because of your articles and all of the friends of Terri, my Aunt Mae Magouirk is now in the University of Alabama-Birmingham Medical Center and is receiving food, fluids, cardiac care and neurological help. We are overjoyed.
Praise be the name of the Lord, praise be all of the friends of Terri Schindler [Schiavo]. We could never have mobilized public sentiment and pressure on these people in LaGrange, Ga. – at Hospice, the LaGrange, Ga., doctors or the probate judge – unless the friends of Terri and the wonderful media of WorldNetDaily.com had become involved. Thank you all.
Under the terms of an April 4 court order, Magouirk's medical treatment was to be decided by three cardiologists tasked with deciding what treatment would be best and where it should take place.
Pending that decision, Mullinax, 45, has contended that his aunt had been without substantial food or hydration for 10 days at the hospice.

Written at an earlier date (revised):
Michael Masinter is a "disability rights advocate" who is a chair of the ACLU, has connections with Kathy Cerminara from the same Shepard Broad Law center of Nova Southeastern University and Ken Goodman (one of the ethics heads of University of Miami). Ken Goodman has connection to the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, Inc. go to Google and type in "Hospice of the Florida Suncoast" "Ken
Goodman" in the same search field. Michael Schiavo's right-to-murder lawyer George Felos is in touch with some if not all of these people either directly or through second or third parties. Michael Masinter doesn't care about the disabled or the truth of all records beginning Feb. 24/25 1990 and what they reveal. Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, Inc. is attempting murder on a brain-injured individual right now at the behest of those with criminal and other intents, none of which really are about Terri's wishes or helping her to have her own voice through rehab and therapy. These interests prevented Terri from regaining a voice and substituted false wishes which were accepted by a corrupt judge and a corrupt court system. Judge Greer with others have fleeced the elderly and sent them to an early grave as there is at least one affiant to this. Terri is not the only one being fleeced and murdered by these people. It
is a big scam ... some having to do with guardianship as some guardians have up to 50 to 60 wards. Also Judge Greer assumed himself to be a guardian ad litem, etc. and he is not a relative of hers and that is against the law. Michael Schiavo never stated Terri's wishes when he tried to kill her the first time in 1993/94 time period when he denied her antibiotics for a urinary tract infection in the hopes she would get sepsis throughout the body and die. When caught and when asked in court he said that he wouldn't do it again because there was "some law" that prevented him. Michael Masinter is part of the right-to-murder crowd. He helps people with criminal intents who use the law to their purposes to get away with murder on the disabled without any concern (if there is concern one wonders what it might be) for the disabled person having attempted murder foisted upon them. Re: Ken Goodman: Look up the despicable interview that was on PBS with Ken Goodman and Johnny Byrd. Goodman said Terri was permanently unconscious for 13 years and had no brain. Ken Goodman is on right- to-die clergy committees as well which includes Bishop Wenski from Orlando. I was at the Hospice Woodside just yesterday and Terri said "aaaaa" “waaaaaa” (I want) twice when asked if she wanted to live and some police officers heard it. Then the family was kicked out of the room and the police outside said that Terri said "noooo" in regards to wanting to live. Michael Masinter and his ilk are no friends of the disabled.
Note: Kathy Cerminara co-authored a book having Right-to-Die as it's main subject.. Kathey Cerminara helped Ken Goodman with a timeline re: Terri Schiavo. Michael Masinter is a chair of the ACLU, calls himself a disability advocate and is friends with both Kathy Cerminara, and Ken Goodman who formed Partnership for End-of-Life. No doubt the future will show the connections between best buds Deborah Bushnell, George Felos, Mary Labyak, Jay Wolfson, Judge Greer etc.

Terri's funeral mass
Continuously updated as new information comes into my mind (04-07-05):
April 5, 2005
Went with my mother to the funeral mass for Terri Schindler. Picked up David Kirkland. Arrived a little after 5pm.
Media was asked not to come but media was stationed outside the church with their cameras etc. Saw Bobby Schindler. Greeted Bobby. Went to reception area after heading to the church and finding out that that was not the reception area. Media had cameras in hand on the right hand side periphery when we headed to the church before we turned back. Headed to correct reception area. Had a smoke. I asked for one from a guy who looked like Ted Hires (perhaps it was Ted Hires). Inside reception area signed guestbook. There were some bumper stickers the woman had there who was at the guestbook station that said 'Terri was murdered!'. Got a few of those. There was also a little card that had Terri on it that was the one most familiar with Terri have seen on the internet with the prayer.. the one where it has Terri and Jesus in profile or something. It is a nice card... it has a well known saint prayer on there I believe according to my mom.. Don't remember the name. Introduced my mom to Mary Schindler after giving her a hug and a kiss. Met and gave a kiss to June Maxim and Ginger Berlin of The Empire Journal (David K. was talking with them). Ran into John Sipos and gave him a hug. Saw Pam Hennessy (one of the Schindler's volunteer media coordinators, etc.) and gave her a hug and a kiss.. went and had a smoke with her. Gave a hug and a kiss to Suzanne (Terri's sister) and introduced my mom. Ran into another great friend of Terri and her family.. Sarah (forget her last name, urgh). Saw Floriduh Voter but she didn't give me a hug or a kiss! ;=] Opps. I also saw Jackie D. For the sake of clarity you can assume I gave most of the women a hug and a kiss whom I mentioned, if I didn't I give you one now. Ran into Cheryl Ford (fight4terri) and introduced my mom. Introduced my mom to Father Malinowski after shaking his hand. Ran into Gordon Watts and shook his hand at his pinky as he had a drink in his hand and his other arm was full of some big book or something. He was wearing a cowboy hat and rosarys around his neck. Introduced my mother. Mass was about to begin.. met with Bob Sr. (Terri's dad) and gave him a big hug. Introduced my mom. Headed over to the mass.
Upon entering the church was already looking like it was completely full. Me, my mom and David Kirkland found a seat in the very last pew towards the back. There were lots of people coming in and everyone got situated. It was kinda chaotic in regards to random noise at the very beginning as people were not completely settled. It was also chaotic sorta re: noise towards the end with babies, and one person had a cell phone going off. To continue.. The music was really beautiful. A man was singing and playing guitar. It almost sounded like another language.. It was very nice. People got settled. There were many standing in the back and the balcony got filled up. Some local St. Pete/Tampa/Clearwater/ TV media woman I had seen covering Terri before many times was in the pew in front of us. I always wondered if she really did a good job or not. My impression is that she didn't do a good job of getting the truth out. I will have to ask David as I believe he knew who she was. I guess she was Catholic though or something. Not that everyone there was Catholic but she would say the prayers, etc. She didn't get up when people stood up clapping really. Anyways. The priests did the ceremonies and liturgies and different things. A young girl spoke the main liturgy where they read a part from the bible. Also the main priest of the church spoke first. Father Malinowski was one of the priests doing the service and so was Father Pavone. There were like 5 or so priests up there.. pretty amazing. I liked what some of them had to say but I'm not much really into the whole christian funeral mass thing even though I was raised Catholic. I myself would have very much different ceremonies for me if I died and probably not in a standard church as the world and the entire universe is my church. I am a student of all knowledge and the hidden side of things .. not just the apparent (esoteric and exoteric, etc.) Father Pavone spoke of how he worked with the Pope before and about the culture of life, about caring for the most vulnerable and disabled, etc. and speaking out against those who make one thing another.. like those who try to make evil good, etc. there is some passage in the collected works of the Bible in this regards. Father Malinowski blessed or sanctified the bread and wine, etc. he spoke re: Terri as well. Most of the priests did. Several times people clapped and then stood up and clapped even more when Father Pavone was talking about the culture of life, etc. and solidarity of the Pope, caring about the most vulnerable and disabled, etc. and how because of Terri how the culture of life is something we will not only strive for but will realize, etc. and that we will not let it happen again what happened to Terri, etc. Father Pavone spoke of Mother Theresa of Calcutta, etc. about her helping those who were dying and striving to be like Jesus. Pavone also drew a correlation between the Pope and Terri's passing and how the Pope's passing was 48 hours or so after Terri's and that he went through some of the same things.. that there was a correlation and how they were inextricably tied together in regards to the message being sent about caring for the most vulnerable, etc. My personal opinion is that the Pope never said Terri's name and therfore he as head of the Church failed Terri and that he suffered thereby. That's how important Terri's being saved was and he failed. Just my opinion, belief, etc. Communion and wine was had. I didn't have the wine but I did partake of communion as we all do commune with that which is Christ/God, etc. and this was a particularly pertinent occassion in which I had fought the hardest and longest I have ever fought in regards to trying to help another (Terri) to get out of the hands of those trying to murder her and back on the road to recovery through rehab and therapy, etc. At the end of the mass Pamela Hennessy got up and spoke. She gave a particularly moving speech and I shed some tears. No one clapped but then again it was a solemn occassion plus I don't think anyone expected that others were going to get up and it was a surprise sorta. Suzanne (Terri's sister) then got up and talked about Terri and her family etc. how much Suzanne loves them and Terri too, it really made my eyes water. What she said really touched my heart and I think she almost cried too. Everybody clapped. Bobby (Terri's brother) got up there. He first broke the ice and people laughed and clapped. He said he had something to share with us, and he almost cried when he was bringing it up. He opened a little box. It was a purple heart medal. The whole thing was particuarly moving. A soldier in Vietnam who got shot in the head sent Terri his purple heart. I wish I had the letter. I might be able to get it from Bobby if no one published the letter. Basically that Terri was a victim of our country, etc. from domestic terrorism of the judges, etc. (my opinion is of the leaders too).. and that the flag is flying at half-staff, etc. It was very moving. Then someone got up.. and I didn't know who it was but David did.. it was Glenn Beck.. some of his talk was pretty moving. and he almost cried, etc. he said he wished he could have done more, etc. and why didn't he, etc. eventually saying that we didn't fail Terri but I don't recall him ever saying who did.. my thought was that yes, we didn't fail Terri [even though I castigate myself of not letting certain others know what was going on until very late, sometimes I kick myself for being stupid]- our leaders, law enforcement, etc. are the ones who failed us. Yes. I truly believe our leaders, law enforcement, etc. failed us and Terri, and that they did it on purpose, as if this is just part of their plan in regards to destroying the Constitution or showing that it doesn't exist anymore, etc. Glenn read from a pioneer book some saying of the pioneers about continuing on in spite of all adversity, etc. I'll have to get the name of it.. David knew it I think. Then the priest of the Church closed. As they exited the church everyone else did after and there were media cameras intruding on the ceremonies from the back and media out back trying to get pictures of the Schindlers as they came out of the side of the church. I really was mad at the media for showing up when they were told not to come. They did a crappy job of getting the truth out about Terri and they had the gall to show up uninvited. Everyone went to the reception area to talk and have some refreshments. I then headed home as me and my mom had to drive for a couple hours to get home as it was almost 9:50pm when we started to head out. I had a long discussion with my mom on the way back about how human rights and other organizations, major and certain local media, our leaders and law enforcement people, etc. failed Terri, etc. If there ever was a conspiracy this is one of the mothers of them all. I left out the bioethicist, right-to-die(murder), disability advocate, ACLU, corrupt state and federal judges network connection which is tied in with the Florida government and the federal government via the VA, etc. It is all over the net by now as well as on all of the search engines. Jeb Bush now says that let's wait and see what the other states do re: the most vulnerable and disabled, etc. The death lobby is trying to take over the whole country and he and his brother are really part of it and so are others of other political and other parties. This is their Culture of Life (Death) of which they highly speak. Merely because they say they are the harbingers of the Culture of Life they think that the sheep will believe them while they did absolutely nothing to definitively stop the starvation/torture murder of an American citizen in cold blood in front of the face of this very nation. Some will try to deny that this is domestic terrorism. I am of the belief that it is domestic terrorism and a subverting (with the intent to overthrow) the Florida Constitution and the Constitution of these United States of America.

My thoughts about this past week
My thoughts about this past week - Fr. Frank Pavone on Pope and Terri Schindler-Schiavo
Priests for Life ^ | April 4, 2005 | Fr. Frank Pavone
My dear friends of Priests for Life,
What a week we have just been through! United in faith and in the pro-life cause, we are grieving the murder of Terri Schiavo. Likewise, whether Roman Catholic or not, we are mourning the passing of one of the greatest voices for the right to life, Pope John Paul II.
This is one of those times when I'm especially grateful to all of you for your fellowship, and wanted to share a few reflections on what has happened in these days.
First of all, thank God we are at the height of the Easter Season! Last week was the "Octave of Easter," that is, a special eight-day period which is all considered by the Church as "Easter Day," the Day of the Resurrection! Death, in all its forms, has been conquered by Christ! We are called to rejoice in that victory and keep it uppermost in our minds as we battle the Culture of Death. Isn't it amazing that both Terri and Pope John Paul II died so close to each other, and
within the Easter celebration! Is God speaking to us? He certainly is!
You may have seen on the news that I was at Terri Schiavo's bedside during the last 14 hours of her earthly life, right up until five minutes before her death. During that time with Terri, joined by her brother and sister, I expressed your care, concern, and prayers. I told Terri over and over that she had many friends around the country, many people who were praying for her and were on her side. I had also told her the same things during my visits to her in the months before
her feeding tube was removed, and am convinced she understood.
Terri's brother, sister, and I read Scripture, prayed the rosary, and had times of silence during Terri's last hours. We held her hand and stroked her head.. During all that time, there was always at least one police officer in the room, watching our every move, and several more immediately outside the door. During those hours, one of the things I did was to chant, in Latin, some of the most ancient hymns of the
Church. One of the chants I used was the "Victimae Paschali Laudis," which is the ancient proclamation of the resurrection of Christ. There, as I saw before my eyes the deadly work of the Culture of Death, I proclaimed the victory of life. "Life and death were locked in a wondrous struggle," the hymn declares. "Life's Captain died, but now lives and reigns forevermore!"
As you may have also seen, those who killed Terri were quite angry that I said so. The night before she died, I said to the media that her estranged husband Michael, his attorney Mr. Felos, and Judge Greer were murderers. I also pointed out, that night and the next morning, that contrary to Felos' description, Terri's death was not at all peaceful and beautiful. It was, on the contrary, quite horrifying. She was dehydrating to death, and looked it. Her face had an expression of dread and sorrow. In my 16 years as a priest, I never saw anything like it before.
After I said these things, Mr. Felos and others in sympathy with him began attacking me in the press and before the cameras. Some news outlets began making a story out of their attacks and said I was "fanning the flames" of enmity and hatred.
Actually, there's a simple reason why they are so angry with me. They had hoped that they could present Terri's death as a merciful and gentle act. My words took the veil of euphemism away, calling this a killing, and giving eyewitness testimony to the fact that it was anything but gentle. Mr. Felos is a euthanasia advocate, and like all such advocates, he needs to manipulate the language, to sell death in an attractive package. Here he and his friends had a great opportunity
to do so. But a priest, seeing their work close-up and then telling the world about it, just didn't fit into their plans.
One of the attacks they made was that a "spiritual person" like a priest should be speaking words of compassion and understanding, instead of venom. But compassion demands truth. A priest is also a prophet, and if he cannot cry out against evil, then he cannot bring about reconciliation. If there is going to be any healing between these families or in this nation, it must start with repentance on the part of those who murdered Terri and now try to cover it up with flowery language.
Another aspect of the Terri Schiavo tragedy is that many people misunderstand its cause and therefore its solution. They think the problem was that Terri did not leave any written instructions about whether she wanted to be kept alive. In order to avoid any such problem in their own lives, they are now told that they have to draw up a "living will." This is both erroneous and dangerous.
Terri's case is not about the withdrawal of life-saving medical
treatment, but rather about the killing of a healthy person whose life some regarded as worthless. Terri was not dying, was not on life support, and did not have any terminal illness. Because some thought she would not want to live with her disability, they insisted on introducing the cause of death, namely, dehydration.
So what good is a living will supposed to accomplish, aside from saying, "Please don't argue about killing me, just kill me?"
The danger in our culture is not that we will be over-treated, but rather that we will be under-treated. We already have the right to refuse medical treatment. What we run the risk of losing is the right to receive the most basic humane care -- like food and water -- in the event we have a disability.
Our culture also promotes the idea that as long as we say we want to die, we have the right to do so. But we have a basic obligation to preserve our own life. A person who leaves clear instructions that they don't want to be fed is breaking the moral law by essentially requesting suicide.
If you want to make plans for your future health care, do not do so by trying to predict the future. The reason you cannot indicate today what medical treatments you do or don't want tomorrow is that you don't know what medical condition you will have tomorrow, nor what treatments will be available to give you the help you need. Living wills try to predict the future, and people can argue over the interpretation of a piece of paper just as much as they argue about what they claim someone said in private.
The better solution is to appoint a health care proxy, who is
authorized to speak for you if you are in a condition in which you cannot speak for yourself. This should be a person who knows your beliefs and values, and with whom you discuss these matters in detail. In case you cannot speak for yourself, your proxy can ask all the necessary questions of your doctors and clergy, and make an assessment when all the details of your condition and medical needs are actually known. That's much safer than predicting the future. Appointing a health care proxy in a way that safeguards your right to life is easy.
In fact, the National Right to Life Committee has designed a "Will to Live," which can be found at www.nrlc.org/euthanasia/willtolive/index.html and which I recommend highly.
Today, my friends, I will fly back to Florida to be with Terri's mom, dad, and siblings and to preach at the funeral mass that will be held for her at 7pm this evening. I will again convey to them your best wishes, and if you want to relay a personal message to them, you can send it to terri@priestsforlife.org and I will pass it along personally.
Meanwhile, as we commend both Terri and the Pope to the Lord, and are reminded of the equal value of every life, no matter how prominent or obscure, healthy or sick. I will be writing more about the issues that have arisen in Terri's case, and about the teachings of Pope John Paul II on these matters. You'll be able to keep up on developments by checking in with us at www.priestsforlife.org. Meanwhile, be assured of my prayers.
Sincerely, Fr. Frank Pavone National Director, Priests for Life

An Epitaph For Terri
An Epitaph For Terri

An Epitaph For Terri
Dear Terri,
I want you to know that as I write this epitaph to you, I do so with sadness of thought and sorrow in my heart. Rather than face any congregation, I hope that some small part of the world will have the opportunity to read my thoughts as well as my words. If I did not write these words, I would feel that there is a vacancy in my heart as well as my soul.
Hopefully, you will accept the idea that you did not die in vain for there were many who had your best interests at heart and you will serve as an example of the injustices that we all must face on any given day. Your memory will serve as a symbol for those of us who struggle to protect those who are unable to protect themselves. The only weapons that we have at our command are the prayers that we pray to our God and the voices that we raise towards those who would unjustly
rule over us.
No matter how incapacitated you might have been, our thoughts were that as long as your breathed life, there was hope for your eventual recovery and a place for you in this world. Admittedly, others thought differently and they sought to end your life and unfortunately, they succeeded. Now, we must go on and face the onslaught that will be presented to us because, sadly, there will be others like you where the curtain of life will be drawn and in many cases, prematurely. All that we asked was that you be given a chance to live and not to die. We have all been enveloped by a Culture of Death and it remains to be seen if we have the strength and fortitude to defeat it. The forces that we face are quite schooled in forcing their will upon others and are devious at best because they oftentimes come with a smile on their faces, but with evil in their hearts.
I have lived long enough to gain some experience in life and it saddens me to witness how far our Nation has deteriorated in it's respect for and the preservation of life. There was a time when the citizens of our Country acted in valor to save lives and no matter as to race, creed or color. These rescuers were not out to prove a point nor did they act in selfish interest by expressing a particular ideology whether that ideology be one of politics, religious belief or personal gain. Many of them acted according to the situation at the time and without any regard to their own well being. Their only thought was to save another human being and oftentimes at great risk to themselves. In your case, I did not witness any valor on the part of others, but rather, they were willing to sacrifice your life in order to prove a point or relieve themselves of the
obligation that your continued existence placed upon them. It was no act of valor to deny you food or drink, but rather a callous act of deprivation. Their only design was to make you die. The only example they provided for the rest of us was how ruthless they could be towards another human being. Theirs is not an example that I would wish to pass on to my own children as it is an evil one and evil corrupts and destroys the soul. It is like a beast in the jungle. Once it kills, it is easy for it to kill again.
As for your own family, I have to tell you that from what I have seen and read, they fought the good fight, but oftentimes the pure of heart don't often win. The fact that they stood and faced those who were intent on taking your life speaks volumes for the rest of us who, for all practical purposes, might not have had the strength to do the same. Because of them, you should be most proud and I hope that in some way, my words might reach them. If anything, they can
take heart in knowing that many of us shared their agony throughout your final ordeal.
Where my Country is concerned, I must tell you that I am quite disappointed because wherever our flag has flown it has always served as an example for other peoples and lands. The principles for which that flag once stood now has had a stain placed upon it. True, we have gone to war to protect not only our own principles, but, in many cases, to spread the ideals for which our flag stood. Wherever death has occurred while fighting under that flag it has always been for a noble purpose. Never has it been known that we would deprive another human being the essentials of life, but now we have and worse yet, we have denied those essentials to one of our own. We now must bow our heads in shame because we have been corrupted by the very same ruthless ideologies that we oftentimes have fought against throughout the ages.
So, Dear Terri, we now have come to a turning point in our long history of protecting human values and worth. The question remains as to whether or not we will gather together the forces necessary to prevent what has happened to you
from happening to others. Or, do we slide further into the abyss and repeat what other great cultures have done before our own and that is to start to destroy those things that we considered most sacred. Is it not time to say enough is
enough? If you can take any satisfaction in your sacrifice, you can trust that you have awakened our Nation to a new cause. We are now called upon to reaffirm the values that were written in our Nation's Constitution and that is to, "...protect life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness."
May you rest upon Angel's wings,

A Message For Dick Cheney
Cheney Opposes Retribution Against Schiavo Judges
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A23666-2005Apr3.html?nav=rss_politics/administration
Vice President Cheney says he opposes revenge against judges for their refusal to prolong the life of the late Terri Schiavo, although he did not criticize House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-Tex.) for declaring that they will "answer for their behavior."
A Message For Dick Cheney
From Dave Wissell
Dick,
You make a reference to Judges and a cause not for retribution in the Terri Schiavo case. As a member of the People we demand some clarification. Perhaps you can clarify for the people (and for all state and Federal “judges” in the Terri Schiavo case) which of the alleged Judges in her case are employed by the Judicial branch and which are employed by the Legislative branch? We will accept no other answer than Legislative or Judicial as we are well aware that the powers granted in the Constitution are only to 3 branches of government and do not include fictions such as Quasi-Judicial, etc.
As we all know now, the Legislative branch only employs “hearing officers” and not true judges -- even though the people have been fooled by his black robe and tricked-into these “findings of fact forums” instead of courts of law. We all know that Legislative branch “hearing officers” are limited, by separation of powers, to only members of their same branch and definitely not to a sovereign without the sovereign's implicit consent. Perhaps you will go one step further and prove for us whether the presiding officers of the
Now Dick, this should be very easy for a man in your position and with access to all forms of research. A simple list will function quite nicely with the Judges name and to which branch of government is his employer -- Legislative and Judicial. Next you will provide for this list whether Terri Schiavo HERSELF gave her consent to any of these hearings.
With this as a backdrop and assuming at least one of the originating courts in the Terri Schiavo case was Legislative branch (in employment of presiding officer) can you please tell us what right a Legislative branch mere hearing officer has to deprive a sovereign of a right to life? Can you please answer how even a Judicial branch hearing officer could deprive a sovereign of a right to life without the presence of sovereign jury members fully informed that they are to judge fact AND law?
Now a more fundamental question. Can you then tell us how ANY presiding officer could even begin to deny an inalienable right to life when there is no evidence to support that Terri Schiavo caused any injury to any other sovereign member of the people?
Dick, you are employed by the Executive branch of the Federal government. You are a high ranking employee of that branch with powers to command lower-level employees. The executive branch of the government is charged with enforcing law. The supreme law for government is the Constitution. It is law for government and not people with the understanding that government is to protect the rights of people. Your job is to enforce the law for government. Certain enumerated rights were so important that they were listed in the Bill of Rights as a “thou-shalt-not-tread-on-these” edict to government and its employees. In order for any state to be a member of the Union, they agree to abide by the Constitution of the united States of America
Why did you not do so in the Terri Schiavo case? Is this not a dereliction of duty to the Constitution you swore to uphold?

E-mail of Misguided Hospice of the Florida Suncoast, Inc. nurse gets answered by Ron Panzer
Now we have an email from a Hospice of the Florida Suncoast nurse who says the nurses and hospice are wonderful for "caring" for Terri and "accepting" her and are just following orders. She writes, "how dare we judge them..."
Here it is:
From: <Learnlesson@aol.com>
Subject: The Hospice of The Florida suncoast
Date: Fri, 1 Apr 2005 00:34:54 EST
To: <patientadvocates@hospicepatients.org>
"I find it most disheartening and appalling that the Schindler family has failed to thank the Hospice of the Florida Suncoast AND this link to the hospice alliance. I found it disgusting and offensive to both myself and the other Hospice workers who provide compassionate, end of life care to those in need. I am especially disgusted by the portrayal of Mary Labyak, who, out of compassion, took Terri in when nursing homes would not touch her with a ten foot pole!! Through all these 5 years, Mary has withheld ANY personal opinion of the Schiavo case and instructed her staff to do the same. In other words, show equal compassion for the husband and Terri's side of the family. The staff that cared for Terri at Woodside endured cat calls, posters criticizing them, being called "killers", etc yet you quote ONE nurse who stated that her feeding tube should not have been removed. NEVER, was this a Hospice decision. It was made by judges, courts, appeal after endless appeal and even the Supreme Court! I have been a Hospice nurse for over 7 years and never seen such an attack because Hospice chose not to break the law nor ignore court orders. The staff at Woodside AND Mary Labyak showed nothing but compassion for all sides. Now, in appreciation for 5 years of compassionate and loving care for Terri, we are enduring bomb threats, safety issues and police stationed at the Hospice. How dare any of you judge us. "Let he who is without sin cast the first stone".
Comments by Ron Panzer: Well, we have been over this so many times, but to comment: How unbelievable this nurse's perspective! Should the family of the executed criminal thank the government for doing in their loved one? Should the family thank the "good soldiers" (hospice nurses) who helped to kill their loved one?
Terri Schindler was imprisoned in the hospice for the express purpose of killing her, through passive euthanasia (dehydration death, the omission/"failure" to provide hydration and nutrition). Nursing homes would have taken Terri if the guardian, Michael Schiavo, had not fired so many of the facilities over the years, and ordered them, as "guardian," to violate physicians' orders requiring rehabilitation, and interfered with the normal process of CARING for patients not killing them through neglect.
The decision to "accept" Terri into the hospice WAS EXACTLY A HOSPICE DECISION made by George Felos, Chairman of the board of the Hospice of the Florida of the Suncoast, also the lawyer for Michael Schiavo who is on the record as seeking legal case precedents to further the "right-to-die" cause, and eagerly not only "accepted" Terri, but railroaded her into a place where death would be hastened at will, not allowed to occur in its own natural timing. Terri's "acceptance" into hospice was also a decision made by "right-to-die" advocate, Mary Labyak. If Mary Labyak was NOT a "right-to-die" advocate, she would not have led her hospice in the effort and active participation in state-ordered killing of a NON-terminal patient within hospice, in violation of the very hospice mission.
How dare we judge you? We do not judge you in the sense of whether you will go to hell or not, we leave that to God, but we do have a right to observe, evaluate and judge your choices, your behavior and the consequences of your choices, behavior and their consequences. What have you chosen? You have chosen to work for an agency that is actively working to pervert the hospice mission, that actively sought and did kill a defenseless non-terminal disabled woman. You did choose to stay working for a hospice found guilty by the US Dept of Justice of bilking Medicare of over 14.8 millions dollars in fraudulent billings. You choose to stay in a place that has basically spit in the face of Terri's own family, her parents, her brothers and sisters, and done so over and over again, with despicable arrogance.
Led by a heartless, slippery-tongued George Felos, (and if you think he is not influencing the hospice, you are in dreamland!) your hospice has disgraced the hospice industry, all the professionals who would never actively participate in the killing of a defenseless disabled woman. Using legal expertise to manipulate the courts for the desired result: court-sanctioned, state-sanctioned passive euthanasia.
For five years you have stood there, violating the regulations. Under federal regulations governing hospice, Terri was entitled, in hospice, to any therapy that would have benefited her. She was entitled to take in oral foods or thickened liquids in trials with speech therapists that have been willing and ready to help her.
She was entitled to have basic oral care and not have her teeth rot out and have them extracted due to the negligence of the nurses and agency to follow basic standards of care that even the most ignorant nursing professional would know about!
She was entitled under basic standards to have visitors at any time, but you actively participated in the imprisonment of Terri Schindler Schiavo, the denial of visitors, the denial of open interaction with anyone she might want to see, her friends, her family, people who loved her, but who were banned from visiting. She was denied visits by so many.
You ask, "how dare you judge us?" I ask, how dare we NOT judge your evil actions that have led to the intentional death, the murder of one we loved. We have an obligation to discern the results of your actions. We have an obligation to see what the fruits of your actions are. The fruit of your actions is the death of an innocent woman you have never understood. The fruit of your actions is the bastardization of the caring profession, the health care system, into a place to kill.
Letting a terminal person go, stopping feedings and fluid when a patient cannot handle it, at the very end, active phase of dying is appropriate, and part of the natural process of dying. But to withhold fluids and nutrition from a woman who was not dying, that was a real step to actively end the life of Terri Schindler Schiavo.
God will judge your soul. We don't have to. But we have a right to judge your actions and find them to be evil, not consistent with the basic principles of our nation's Constitution, not consistent with even the most basic of standards of care, not consistent with hospice's mission.
You think that if you imprison someone and wash them and make sure they get a feeding until you decide to kill them, that that is just fine? So did the Nazi SS troops and soldiers who said, "we were just following orders." "The courts ordered us to do these things." Well, the Nuremberg
You have participated in heartless cruelty, spitting in the face of those who loved Terri, by working with the death dealers, not caregivers. You write, "let him who is without sin cast the first stone." We are not stoning you, but we are condemning your evil actions for what they are. You forgot the other part, what Jesus said to the sinner, "go and sin no more!" You wallow in your evil actions, year after year imprisoning and violating Terri Schindler Schiavo's rights. And yes, you can say, "oh, that was under court orders and the wishes of the guardian." Well, again, that was the same answer the Nazi "good soldiers" gave when they were tried and found guilty of war crimes against humanity.

Re: DOMESTIC TERRORISTS, MURDERERS, TRAITORS, ETC. ARE KILLING TERRI SCHIAVO
From what I'm hearing it is 2 million and another 2 million, for book and show, etc. all for what can be guartanteed to be mostly a bunch of lies. Yes it is disgusting. Can the man escape justice? Time will tell. Here is something of interest, a convo I just had the other night with one of my contacts:
Like "P"and others have said, "Become the media." Reporting what affect this all has on a day to day basis and keeping a chronicle for posterity, also to prove to lawmakers that they have done us all in, is immediately evident and necessary, as you wil see below. Become listening eyes and ears of society. Observe the words and conduct since this tragic event that is an assault on ever citizen. Keep a diary and eventually we will have central repositories for collecting this data, stories, accounts and witness to the final days of dehumanizing America. People have become property. Marriage has been completely reduced to acts of possession and commerce. The more "baby spitters" or product producers the better. Insurance on planned deaths at earlier ages before people need medical care or welfare is really children raised only for purpose of more commerce. The military draft will become mandatory service for all teenagers who are not smart enough to be groomed for high tech positions at low wages. much societal macro economic engineering is being implemented, just take a good look around. The plans have been in place, but needed a catalyst. Terri became a vehicle for commerce through her planned and commissioned death. Liability alive, income stream dead. Part of the proof below. This is only one of many examples revealed so far to date. The decline of good and a sharp increase in "caused deaths as legal" has begun. We however, are now in phase two of the fight and our work; many want them to never "live" this down. Many of you have been calling to say the same thing. The smell is here, the funk is thick, now use to advantage. Now there are millions of us in Florida and nationwide. Keep the links. Maintain the net. Flush out those who were really moles on the Felosites side. You can never get them all. Other country's have been awakened to what is preying upon them, that they weren't aware of before Terri held out long enough, not giving in to the MOD's torture, so that the planet would be stirred into action. she is our inspiration. ----------Me(unowho)
D[9:51 PM]: J, you are so silent or on other angles.
D[9:52 PM]: Where's the good guys, the ones that are supposed to be doing something about all this?
D[9:51 PM]: And, Who are those official good guys? Do you know?
J [9:52 PM]: huh?
D[9:52 PM]: The autopsy is done and they released her body, if it was hers, for burning. This per two doctors at Famous Burger Joint.
D[9:54 PM]: According to law Michael must tell the parents where she ends up.
D9:54 PM]: I think that is why the small blurb by Felos that "Michael will tell", but not much on that by the press.
J[9:54 PM]: i'm basically in shock
D[9:55 PM]: You ARE a shock.
D[9:55 PM]: Two doctors, regulars at this Burger Pub across from laundromat tonight talking about Schiavo.
D[9:56 PM]: One said it was SHE who wanted to be cremated.
D[9:56 PM]: He was drunk. They call him "Doc".
D[9:56 PM]: He is a neurosurgeon at Bayfront Hospital someone said.
D[9:57 PM]: Was falling off the stool and said he had to go soon cause had an early surgery.
D[9:57 PM]: He eventually drove away in his black convertible brand new thunderbird.
D[9:58 PM]: The other doctor was saying how they were "going to only take her brain out and preserve it for research and did not care about the rest...that it went to the furnace on the first day." [discard the part with the evidence of crimes]
D[9:58 PM]: "It's what SHE wanted anyway", he said. They all grumbled agreement as they took another slug.
D[9:59 PM]: About a dozen people got up and left the place.
D[9:59 PM]: Threw money on the tables and left food and all.
D[9:59 PM]: The ones that left were regular Saturday night local customers too.
D[9:59 PM]: And they know that these doctors were regulars.
D[10:00 PM]: I mean the place was packed and it cleared out.
D[10:00 PM]: El Caps Burger Joint, St. Petersburg, Florida.
J [10:00 PM]: hmm.. you were there?
D[10:01 PM]: Yep. Another regular almost got into a fight with the one doctor and said that "Causing a person to die no matter how, is killing them." he was so pissed at his regular afternoon drinking buddies that he flicked them off, shook his head and left. I thought 'way to speak up' and gave nod.
D[10:02 PM]: I had been doing laundry across the way and walked over for some wings and a tea, to my surprise to witness all this while clothes dried.
D[10:03 PM]: Doctor "Davis Island" was so disgusting about it all. Said that he was pissed at her parents for turning the whole country upside down over her wish to be made dead and cremated. It was all her fault anyway and he appeared to dry spit over the bar at the name of Schindlers.
D[10:04 PM]: I was near choking on the wing bones.
D[10:06 PM]: I told the owner that I was shocked at how some people could applaud and promote day after day CAUSING a person to die. The one doctor even said that he tried to get his bookie to start a pool on what day she was going to "be made dead". (with the fatal dose)
D[10:07 PM]: There were kids in the place at table behind him and the parents got up and took the kids out, left food on the tables, just walked out.
J [10:08 PM]: damn
D[10:08 PM]: Evil is loose amongst us....brothablasta
D[10:08 PM]: It was rush hours for that place and it cleared out.
D[10:09 PM]: It was packed until they started talking that way. And these two doctors and one sympathizer who stayed seemed most amused about deathmaking and that it was the "husbands" right to "do his wife" as he put it; they were all so polluted and self-righteously unaware that they had affected anyone around them or nor did they care.
J [10:15 PM]: is that everything that happened
D [10:19 PM]: At one point, I had mentioned to the manager on casual passing that it was interesting to hear how people can be so openly supportive of causing a person to die somehow implying that its "not Killing" and just plain wrong to do in front of everyone; looking for his reply he really didn't give an intellible one -- but in about a minute he was having one of those close "whisper type" conversations with the one doctor and duffis and they seem to tone it down. But the "surgeon" falling off his stool was not affected one bit and just kept it up before he finally said he had to go and rest for a surgery in the early am. I couldn't eat fast enough to get out of the negative cloud that was stinking up the place.
