Fēchr will feature your blog for a day. Submit your blog
---
More info: from Fēchr:What is Fēchr?
Well, first of all it is pronounced "feature." Don't worry, it's a common question...So, every day at 12 AM EST, a new website is featured on the home page. They remain there for 24 hours and receive a huge boost of traffic in the process.
We reserve the right...
to not feature low quality sites, free or paid!We don't care if you plan to pay us $100 to be featured for the day, if your site is a low quality (no real content, offensive, pornographic, etc.) site that we feel our visitors would have no interest in, we will not allow your site to grace our pages for 1 hour, let alone 24 of them!
For future paid featurings, we of course will refund any money paid up front in the event we deem your site unfeaturable...
Why would I want to be "Fēchr-ed"?
Well, Fēchr.com has a quickly growing, devout audience. Many check in every single day to see what the newest featured site is.So, if:
How much does it cost?
Well, currently it's free! Yes, FREE! We're the new kid on the block and we'd just like to get our name out there.Though we are receiving 100+ visitors per day (and growing quickly), we don't feel like that's enough to charge for yet. So, in the mean time we are offering free "fēchrs" to anyone who writes up a post about us on their blog and includes a few links to us.
Click here to get started or click here to get some link suggestions, images, and code first.
After we do start charging per day (which will start out at a modest $5 to $10) to be featured, we will still be doing some freebies. Every week we'll have "Free Fēchr Friday" where we continue featuring those who have written about us, so don't worry if we don't get to you immediately!
What's up with the Google Adsense?
We employ the use of Google Adsense on days when we are doing a free feature, as a means of monetize (in other words, compensation for our hard work and hosting fees). Paid features will have no such ads displayed. Why do you choose free "fēchrs" at random?
Well, initially we thought a "first-come, first-serve" choosing would be more fair, but then we gave it a little deeper thought...Would you rather be featured today, when our visitor total is a couple hundred, or a month from now when it may be a couple thousand? I thought so...So, this is one scenario when sooner isn't necessarily better.
