Our Destination Is In All Our Hands...^i^

I want to take the time to write and speak on our direction a bit. Our first is to the Restoration of our courts of record. Right now as you and I well know we are being locked out of the record. In order to enjoy Liberty as a government for the people by the people we need accurate records for a party claiming Injury, in order to collect damage to gain relief from the injury.

 

Damage comes in many forms and is not limited to $$$. For example: If a bad law injures, relief would be to change the bad law to make it right. In my case I was forced in to exile in my own country by "No-Fault" divorce policy (not common law). I have always challenged the bad policy from the beginning when I saw it and because I saw it, made it known that I saw it, am being locked out of my court of record established to insure I was given due process and equal protection under the rule of common law. I can't argue my truths to give an opportunity for rebuttal. Why? Because if my truths stand unrefuted, they are irrefutable and have standing as facts in law. The article III judge or referee would then have to apply the law according to the facts.

 

I came into a conversation between James and Sandy in which James made a good suggestion to all who want to listen to freedom radio.com. This is good and I wouldn't want to axe a good thought. I also would suggest a man up here I know named Ralph Winterrowd on republicbroadcasting.com. I know Ralph and have been to his weekly meetings to know how he researches, the dedication he applies with positive end results. This doesn't mean he doesn't make mistakes but simply I know he's on the right track. You can go to his archives and have a listen for yourself. His main study today deals with an IRS project he's working to get on top of.

   

None of what we do is easy and the good Lord never said it would, so we go about our business trying to right wrongs against adverse conditions and forces. I'm sorry right now my time is limited here and the best I can produce is a article or post I read that's interesting. I also try to post my work when dealing with my own or others problems. I do this so you have a format that might prove useful. Corruptions a hard business to break and as a city council member I'm hard at it. We  even have the corrupt I battle right here in this group to find dirt if they can. Awhile back I came across the post of "Jose Hemenez" that would seem to be our Chief Aaron Parker in guise. I have no problem if he's here as long as he's learning something good and not working to disrupt. He and other corrupted forces are welcome here so there's no need to hide, it's dishonest.

 

Above all this and other things I and we do, our first objective is to restore our courts of record. If we are individuals that just want our own problems lifted we do that by having the proper venue by a court of competent jurisdiction. It can't be resolved by us going in circles to take the weight on our own shoulders and the forget about our fellow man because our comfort zones been restored. I have seen this over and over and it doesn't kill the beast. The only way we will kill the beast is collectively and not individually. Our courts of record are our stronghold for this process. We climb into the beasts court and think we'll find relief but wonder why the heat gets turned up when we ask for our constitutionally protected rights to make public record in front of a jury of our peers.

 

The courts are the problem, the courts are our fix and until We The People realize this we are just subjects waiting to be slaughtered. United and fortified we stand and have standing, divided we are bent over to the "Plea Bar-gain". Stop the circle jerk and work together to restore constitutional courts and remember the programs that were developed with good intent in the beginning amount to bad policy today. It's not the instrument that's necessarily bad but the manipulation from a good thing to what we see today, just like the no-fault divorce policy inserted over a Holy Union. It effects us all because it seeks and destroys the American backbone; The Family! The remedy to this is in our court making public record. I'll go to my grave in the battle to restore the family and all who want to help would be welcome. But to the ones that don't but just want personal relief so they can go back to the feeding lots, I say good luck and this isn't what Sui Juries Court Angels is about. The beast only gets us when we are sitting still, so get moving...Birdman^i^
