Three big cases favorable to the parties upon whose home a mortgage is claimed have been handed down and are spreading like wildfire (see article below at bottom of this eMail). In addition, there are more and more people making the challenge when a foreclosure is filed. (check the links below). A word of caution!! Within every area where people become desperate for help, con men just seem to materialize out of nowhere. Read this info for yourself. Study it. Understand it. When asking for help, deal only with those who you know are reputable and honorable. Don't just throw your savings at someone and expect miracles. If your home is worth saving, it's worth your time to learn how to defend. Pass the word to others that they too have the opportunity to defend against these artificial foreclosure claims.

This procedure operates on a similar premise you may recall spokenabout on the April 7th, 2009 free tele-conference call.

The first step Michael Lawrence executes involves sending a very comprehensive Qualified Written Request [QWR] and a Debt Validation Demand [DVD] to the originating lender and the current servicer plus the law firm (if in foreclosure already) as well as MERS if they are on the Deed Of Trust [DOT] as beneficiary or on the mortgage as mortgagee AND sending copies of this document to the Federal Trade Commission [FTC], Office of the Federal Housing Enterprise Oversight [OFHEO], Office of the Comptroller of the Currency [OCC] and HUD (RESPA and TILA) as well as to the state AG and to the local congressional representative (the last two are optional).
If the lender fails to acknowledge our QWR within 20 business days of their receipt of the QWR/DVD then they are in default and you then proceed with step 2. which is to default the bank and in DOT states you send an Objection to Trustees Sale to the Trustee (Public Trustee in Colorado) as well as remove the trustee, void the POA, transfer the property to a trust (NOT NAMED AFTER THE CLIENT) and send a Notice of Right to Cancel. You have to wait 20 more days after the purported lenders receipt of the Right To Cancel before you finish the process and record the Deed of Re-Conveyance.

HELLO IN FORECLOSURE LAND
I just came back from Florida and I met several interesting people helping people to fight the foreclosure racket. The following is the web site of one of the participant. Please sent it to everyone in your mailing list regardless if they are in foreclosure or not they may be know someone in foreclosure. This is part of our support group (each one reach one) until victory is won. It was time well spent and we are now better equipped to take the bull by the horns. Not one single assignment of mortgage at the County Recorder of Queens County NY for people in foreclosure is correct. They are all forged documents at least every single one that I saw and I saw a few calling for filing a criminal complaint by filing forged document in the public record. This are very serious accusations.
