LTC Terry Lakin has tried in vain to get the same verification from our President that he has been asked to provide countless times in his career, for many jobs, and to obtain a security clearance for the trusted positions he has held within the U.S. Armed Forces.
He has put his life on the line all over the world and served with honor, and will be glad to do so again, but only under a Commander in Chief he knows is legally eligible to lead.
LTC Lakin has questioned the President's "natural born" status, as mandated by the U.S. Constitution's Article II, Section 1. After months of seeking answers, he has not received a definitive response either from the Department of Defense or from his Congressional delegation that would assure him of the President's Constitutional eligibility.

4) Dale Robertson, Gold versus Paper: The Incorruptible versus the Corrupted – A Contest Now Under Wayjsmineset.com
Some observers have compared the United States today with the latter days of the Roman Empire. You will recall that Rome perverted itself from a Republic into a totalitarian dictatorship. Rome’s economy was largely dependent on the “tribute” paid to Rome by the provinces subjugated to the iron will of the Roman Legions whose presence and threat insured a steady flow of unearned wealth to Rome and its insatiable appetite for the good life. Today, we in the US are far more subtle than the Roman Legions. We print dollars and then “exchange” that printed paper for the hard earned goods and services of our world trading partners. While their coffers grow with paper and its recycled electron equivalent we enjoy a standard of living previously unknown to the world. Because the printed green pieces of paper and the recycled electrons (masquerading as dollar equivalent) are manufactured at a very low cost, we as a nation enjoy the great influx of wealth essentially free. As a bonus, when dollars are spent overseas they rarely are re-domesticated and thereby do not contribute to inflation here in the US. So like Rome we have invented a clever way of enjoying the vast product of the world without paying anything for it and our standard of living has reflected that great benefit. But the world is wising up to the imbalance and more often than not the game of paper for products is ending. Our standard of living and the value of our dollar is beginning to show the results of years of unearned benefits flowing to the US from the entire world in exchange for paper and recycled electrons. Well, all good things eventually come to an end.
The US is not the only nation that has employed this type of “trade”. Today almost all nations employ a fiat money system based upon paper money with not backing of anything of value. But today, fiat money – ie: paper money - systems world wide are under attack. The entire world is rejecting paper and wanting something tangible instead. Something that you can feel, something tangible and something real and valuable so that nations and individuals alike can store their earned value for consumption both now and at some future time. Many prefer gold instead of paper for some strange and selfish reason. Maybe they want to keep what has been earned instead of it being inflated away into nothing. .
Governments and banks here in the US (as well as worldwide) don’t like the individual use of gold. Gold’s discipline is incorruptible, no one has any ability to print more of it, and the general use of Gold as money does not allow governments or banks to manipulate its value from you to them. Because fiat money systems are failing and because Gold markets are valuing the yellow metal at unprecedented high levels, today a great battle is going on in the gold and precious metals markets. The power of government and the recent vast expansion of the power of banks at the expense of the people of the United States make that battle that much more foreboding.
The real and historical role of gold and silver as money is little understood today. But intuitively, individuals and governments and corporations worldwide are today recognizing a need to protect themselves against the world awash in paper money which is increasingly perceived as being worthless. Witness Greece, Italy, Spain, Ireland, Iceland and Portugal. The problems tearing those countries apart are because of “fiat money” driven debt systems based on paper money. There appears to be no way for the world to pay for the debt load that has been contracted. Defaults are cascading worldwide – soon to be a factor here in the US as well. All bases on excess of fiat money based debt systems.
As Amschel Mayer Rothschild was quoted as having said: “Give me control of a nations money supply and I care no who makes its laws.” He said this because he knew that he could print all the money he wanted at his will and use it to manipulate the entire economy to his will. That is what banks and the Federal Reserve have done to the US today.
Real money is real – its tangible and its portable and its valuable and its both scarce and rare. That’s what makes it money. That is its definition. Paper is controlled by a few who’s self interest is pitted against the people of the US and is destroying the social, political and economic foundations of this nation. We must return to a constitutional form of money predicated on gold and silver as stated in the US Constitution.
It is my hope that this introduction will provoke thought and discussion for the presentation and Q & A for Thursday’s conference call.

News: "Waco" Movie in the Works

If controversy sells, then this one's a winner: Director Rupert
Wainwright is bringing the Waco standoff to the big screen.
Production Weekly
reports that stars Kurt
Russell,
Sharon
Stone, and Adrien
Brody
are all signed on to the project.
The film, currently
titled
Waco, will dramatize the events of the failed
1993
siege from shifting perspectives. According to Wainwright's website,
Waco will be the first narrative feature film
to
explore the events of the ATF raid on Mt. Carmel, TX, the 51-day siege
that
followed, and the devastating compound fire that resulted in the deaths
of 81
civilians. The movie cuts between ATF special agents, FBI Negotiators,
the
Davidians on the inside, the tactical Hostage Rescue Team leaders, and
the
political machinations in Washington DC.
Wainwright, who directed
The
Fog (2005 remake) and Stigmata,
teamed up with New York Times journalist James Hibberd to write the
screenplay. Michael McNulty, who produced the heralded
1997 documentary Waco: Rules of Engagement, is
serving
as a consultant.
In 1993, federal agents attempted to complete a
search
warrant on the Branch Davidian compound just outside of Waco, Texas.
The
Davidians, a small Protestant sect, were accused of possessing illegal
weapons. After an initial federal raid failed, the heavily armed
Davidians
holed themselves into the compound, leading to a standoff that lasted
two
months. Eventually, the feds mounted a massive assault that killed 80
Davidians. Controversy still rages as to who is responsibleóthe
overbearing government agents or the uncooperative Branch
Davidians.
Rumors have it that Waco
will be
filmed in Louisiana. The film is slated for release in 2011.

This new process opened up much of the US to drilling for natural gas. Every big oil and gas company in America was falling all over themselves to buy up the land rights for drilling. Chesapeake, Encana, Cabot, etc. saw big dollar signs. This is where the story gets interesting. George Bush signed a new energy bill into law in 2005. A loophole was inserted into the bill regarding fracking. The Bush/Cheney Energy Bill exempted natural gas drilling from the Safe Drinking Water Act. It exempts companies from disclosing the chemicals used during hydraulic fracturing. Essentially, the provision took the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) off the job. It is now commonly referred to as the Halliburton Loophole.
The
industry insists that fracking is safe and does not contaminate
drinking water. Why would they need an exemption from the Safe
Water Drinking Act if their process doesnt contaminate drinking water?
Did the American public benefit from this loophole? The loophole
benefitted Halliburton and the massive gas corporations. This
jump-started a phenomenal boom in 37 states. My state of PA sits on top
of the Marcellus Shale formation. Northern and Western PA are
undergoing a drilling boom.

Ron Paul Endorsement Means Likely Obamacare Repeal in Congress
Juan,I am humbled and grateful to announce that Ron Paul, U.S. Representative for the 14th District of Texas and 2008 Presidential Candidate, has endorsed my candidacy for Tennessee's 3rd District. This endorsement greatly increases my chances of winning in the August 5th primary which means I will likely be in Congress next term.
