Ron Paul in Maine

There were 2 different issues never explained about Maine. 

1. While Google announced 84% of the voters the split was 39% to 36% yet CNN announced at 95% the votes were spit at the exact same level, 39% to 36%. How is that possible not even 1% change.

2. It appears Ron Paul would win, so the Republican Machine in Maine canceled 5 Caucuses and gave the excuse of expected snow, yet the Girl Scouts in the same locations had meetings and didn't cancel anything for the minor flurries. The Maine machine stated afterwards that the votes from the 5 caucuses that were delayed will not count. Sounds similar to Iowa who lost 8 precincts.
