A Congressman/woman collects a salary while in office and receives no pay when they're out of office.
All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the American people. It may not be used for any other purpose.
Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.
The American people did not make this contract with Congressmen/women.
Congress made all these contracts for themselves.
Serving in Congress is an honor, not a career.
The Founding Fathers envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their term(s), then go home and back to work.

I'm trying to bring to the LIGHT on a CRITICLE situation about a Woman in Michigan. She's being victimized by the State, County, the banksters, and LOW-LIFE law firm of Trott and Trott , whom are, tomorrow morning, going to descend on her FREE and Clear property, without any due process!
I am going to call the local sheriff of Sandlac County Michigan.
I am going to want him to cease and desist until she can have the opportunity to have her day in court with her CONSTITUTIONLY GUARANTEED due process hearing!!!
Or better yet, I am going to do a news story on this TRAGEDY!!!

If you call this Woman, PLEASE be careful, she's really TRAMAUTIZED and literally on the edge right now!! I ABSOLUTELY AM NOT GOING TO CALL HER AND ASK NO ONE ELSE TO CALL HER. This Woman is a gifted Woman who actually has the ability to communicate with the animals, sort of like Dr. Dolittle, but for real. She owns Lipizzan Stallions, The same breed that the Germans had threatened to destroy, and has them on her property. The sheriff is advising her the horses will be taken off to the "GLUE FACTORY" tomorrow morning and destroyed!! She's offered to continue to pay any and all money's they want, but they've decided to traumatize her this way instead. This Woman is currently so distraught I'm concerned for her HEALTH!!! I don't get involved with many of these situations directly, but this Woman is so deserving!!! PLEASE HELP!
This is very possibly a Life and Death situation!!!

In US v. Williams, a 1992 Supreme Court Case, Justice Scalia stated that the Grand Jury was to be considered a 4th Branch of Government, not to be tampered with by any other branch!!
However our research and the research of others establishes that a prosecutor could get a ham sandwich indicted and that the grand jury does not perform the functions designed for it, but only does what the prosecutor wants and rubber stamps his/her requests.
Our research also establishes that
1) FRCrimP 6 is unconstitutional, since it has been amended to allow the prosecutor to hold grand jury records;
2) That even if FRCrimP 6 is constitutional, it is violated because no evidence of a quorum for the grand jury vote is established on the docket sheet;
3) that the indictment is not presented in "open court" as that phrase is defined in law;
4) that the prosecutor's office holds all grand jury records, including the grand jury logs; and
5) that the prosecutor often has a signature stamp for the grand jury foreman in his/her office which is used by the prosecutor to avoid actually convening a grand jury.
