Post main:

That's what it says:

To: my rights <myrights1@gmail.com

But, that same erroneous document has been
circulating around the Internet for years,
so I thought it was high time to call it
the way I see it, and broadcast proof that
it contains serious errors.
It's my fundamental Right to enjoy freedom of expression
regardless of frontiers:
http://www.supremelaw.org/ref/treaty/
http://www.supremelaw.org/ref/treaty/covenant.htm
                           Article 19
1.   Everyone shall  have the  right  to  hold  opinions  without
interference.
2.   Everyone  shall  have  the  right  to freedom of expression;
this right shall  include freedom  to seek,  receive  and  impart
information and  ideas of  all kinds,  regardless  of  frontiers,
either orally,  in writing  or in  print, in  the form of art, or
through any other media of his choice.
Why are there now so many stupid Americans?
Hasn't it ever occurred to any of these keyboard commandos
to READ THE CASES -- rather than to forward false summaries
and incorrect citations to other unsuspecting keyboard commandos?

Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.

Please stop forwarding so many errors, implying that
we should swallow all of them without question.

For example:

>  The practice of Law CAN NOT be licensed by any state/State
>  Schware v. Board  of Examiners, 353 U.S. 238, 239

That is NOT what Schware held, and
you don't even cite it correctly.

It should be "353 U.S. 232".

Here, read it for yourself:
