Private Attorney General COMMENTS on past and present U.S. Supreme Court "robes" + futility of recent speculation

My Fellow Americans:

With all of the talk, and speculation, about the next nominee
to the seat now vacant because of Justice Scalia's death,
I am writing to make you more aware of carefully assembled facts
which call for the conclusion that no "legal quorum" is now
possible at the U.S. Supreme Court:

("any six of whom shall constitute a quorum")

Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.
Private Attorney General, Civil RICO: 18 U.S.C. 1964;
Agent of the United States as Qui Tam Relator (4X),
