Re:  McCain's Canal Zone Birth

Greetings Mr. Hulse:
Your article completely overlooks standing court decisions which have maintained that we have two (2) classes of citizens in America, not one class, e.g.:

http://www.supremelaw.org/rsrc/twoclass.htm

All of the Qualifications Clauses refer to State Citizens, because federal citizens were not even contemplated when those Clauses were first being drafted circa 1787 A.D.:

http://www.supremelaw.org/rsrc/twoclass.htm#pannill
http://www.supremelaw.org/authors/mitchell/quals.htm

The term "United States" in those Clauses means "States united".  People v. De La Guerra. Pablo De La Guerra was a judge who signed the 1849 California Constitution.

McCain cannot be a State Citizen pursuant to the common law principle of "jus soli" (law of the soil) because Panama was NOT a State of the Union in 1936.

And, insofar as his parents were federal citizens and not State Citizens in 1936, McCain cannot claim State Citizenship pursuant to the common law
principle of "jus sanguinis" (law of blood) either.

In point of fact, his Arizona voter registration affidavit states, under penalty of perjury, that he is a federal citizen;  same is true if his parents were also registered voters, because voter registration forms blatantly discriminate against State Citizens who are not also federal citizens:

http://www.supremelaw.org/press/rels/votingaz.htm

Finally, The New York Times may have a lot of trouble believing that 27 is still less than 28, because it is controlled by corrupt world bankers;  nevertheless, in Dyett v. Turner the Utah Supreme Court recited verifiable historical facts proving that the so-called 14th amendment was never
properly ratified:

http://www.supremelaw.org/cc/knudson/judnot09.htm#dyett

Accordingly, there is no constitutional authority for the proposition that
federal citizens are also Citizens of any State in which they may reside.

For more details on this important subject, see also all the cases and extensive analysis documented here:

http://www.supremelaw.org/cc/palmbeach/
http://www.supremelaw.org/cc/sanmarco/complain.htm#one-of
http://www.supremelaw.org/cc/gilberts/opening.htm

Because McCain conspired with others to obstruct my fundamental Right to vote in the 1996 General Election, he has now been formally charged here:

(latter was a legal obligation imposed by 18 USC 4)

(recently served on the Sergeant at Arms of the U.S. Senate)

Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.
