Invoking the Article III Court

>  Since our fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution have been trampled,
>  how does one do this?

In my own cases proving copyright and trademark infringement
and related Federal offenses, I have shown the way to all Americans
who are willing to listen and study.

For starters, please see:

http://www.supremelaw.org/cc/aol/cert.htm#drama
http://www.supremelaw.org/cc/aol/mandamus.2.htm
(48 UNlicensed ATTORNeys either fell silent in reply to these 2 pleadings,
or they formally waived their clients' right to answer, activating estoppel)

e.g. in particular, Federal statutes exist to assign a temporary judge
to an otherwise vacant Article III District Court of the United States:

(procedural specifics)

(focus on civil cases)

(focus on criminal cases)

We tested and proved the major thesis contrasting
legislative tribunals
with constitutional courts
in several other cases, e.g.:

Subject: Invoking the Article III Court?

Paul ~

Hope this finds you well.

About a month ago, Colin Powell was the guest on "Face the Nation".

When he was asked what he felt about the trial for the "Gitmo Detainees" being held in Manhattan, his response was:

'I don't think I'd have held it so close to the scene and I think perhaps the Article III Court would be the
proper venue, where Constitutional issues could be addressed.'

Since our fundamental rights guaranteed by the Constitution have been trampled, how does one do this?

# thx!
