_______________________________________________________    S P E C I A L A N N O U N C E M E N T   THE  IRS  AND  FORM 433A   WHAT  THE  ???? ~*~   SPEAKER: Mr. Tony Davis  ~*~   Some estimates place the number of new agents hired by the IRS at about 2,000 in the last couple of years.   Yet, in their FYE 2011 annual report audited by the General Accounting Office (GAO) the GAO refused to sign off on the internal controls if the IRS, stating that the internal controls were to bad to pass normal accounting procedures !!!   So now, despite being declared incompetent procedurally by the auditors for the government, the IRS has thousands more people out harassing people to collect money, much of which is not even owed.   Instances have been found of the IRS just creating invoices out of thin air.   One favorite trick is for the IRS to call a person (or couple) on the phone, and state they are sending you a Form 433A to fill out and return.  That is a complete financial disclosure form, listing all information related to your assets, liabilities, bank accounts, job information, etc.  You can pull the form online.    Should you fill it out?  You are crazy if you do!!.  The only way the IRS can get information from you is if you volunteer it.    How do you stop this abuse?  And how do you prevent the IRS from filing a return for you?  This will be the topic of this call.      For more information on NOT volunteering information to the IRS and how to use the information to your benefit then tune in to www.FreedomsRadio.com.      Other tools are available.    If you understand the law, you can win!!   Tune in for more exciting information.   ~*~   YRIITL has been serving the American community for over 7 years to secure the very best in Information Providers to assist you and to teach you how to deal with court related matters.
