Greetings Dave,

Thanks for your video below.

However, I am concerned that you have glibly
overlooked the 2 restrictions on direct and indirect taxes
which are fundamental provisions in the U.S. Constitution.

If you don't want to talk about those provisions
because you don't understand them, then
I think you should study them so that you
DO understand them, instead of shoving those
Laws off into some dark corner in your garage.

This detailed 31Q&A may help you:

And, please do not reserve all of your criticisms
for the IRS:  juries of stupid Americans must bear
much of the blame for refusing to love the truth and,
therefore, they have been swallowed whole
by a "powerful delusion":  2 Thess. 2:10-12

Coach David Daubenmire:  "It's Time to Ban the IRS"

The Fifth Amendment protects Americans against self-incrimination and being forced to bear witness against oneself. That's precisely what one does when he is compelled to sign his income tax form. However, a Fifth Amendment argument can't be used as a defense in a court of law. The IRS will counter that you voluntarily provided the information on your tax return. This is a chilling abuse of power and it's time to put a stop to it and Ban the IRS! We need to reform our tax system so the IRS no longer has an army of agents to police every aspect of our lives. We need a tax code that is simple, fair, flat, and that protects our freedoms.

Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.
