I posted this comment at that web page:

No Treaty can violate the U.S. Constitution, because all Treaties must be "made under the authority of the United States".  See Supremacy Clause.  

The United States has no authority to abrogate the Second Amendment, and that Amendment remains thesupreme Law of the Land until such time as it is lawfully modified pursuant to Article V in that Constitution -- requiring three-fourths of the 50 States to ratify such a proposal.



Moreover, John Kerry's U.S. Office of Personnel Management
Standard Form 61 APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS will bePAST DUE
and IN DEFAULT as of tomorrow, September 27, 2013:
