"Washington State Lawmakers ABOVE THE LAW It's In The Constitution"

The Washington State Constitution is "THE LAW" inside Washington State.

And, as long as there is no injury to people or damage to property,
the common law is not violated when these lawmakers
exceed posted speed limits.

Why are you obviously implying that the Washington State Constitution
is not "THE LAW" inside Washington State?

I think it would make for a much more interesting article
if you would investigate States where their Motor Vehicle Codes
authorize a new car buyer to DEMAND that the manufacturer's
certificate of origin ("MSO") be conveyed to each such buyer.

cf. "demand" in Black's Law Dictionary.

That conveyance would sever the State's claim to having
controlling legal interest in such a new car or truck;  and,
it would also eliminate the legal requirement to indemnify the State
(government) against operator errors and mechanical malfunctions,
chiefly because the State would then have no controlling legal
interest in that car or truck!

They are not "motor vehicles" because they arevehicles with motors ... DUUH!!
They are defined as such in the Vehicle Codes, once the State has
obtained custody of the MSO.  :)

If you are interested, we can show you the California Vehicle Code
section which expressly authorizes the buyer to DEMAND the MSO
as part of the purchase contract!

"Demand" always implies a right of some kind.

Sincerely yours,
/s/ Paul Andrew Mitchell, B.A., M.S.
