Lauryn Hill blamed slavery as jailed for $500,000 unpaid tax bill

As long as Congress has failed to enact a Statute at Large
creating a specific liability for taxes imposed by IRC subtitle A,
Lauryn Hill is EXACTLY CORRECT:  it is slavery to drag her
through a fraudulent court case and then incarcerate her
for a tax "liability" that does not exist and cannot exist
without the required Act of Congress.  See Commissioner v. Acker:

EVEN IF it were a de jure service, bureau, office or other
subdivision of the U.S. Department of the Treasury --
which it decidedly is NOT -- the IRS would still have no
authority to create a tax liability solely by means of
Regulations published in the U.S. Federal Register!

Moreover, Congress trapped all blacks freed by the
Thirteenth Amendment when it attempted to create
a second "inferior" class of federal citizens in 1866:

The Federal Regulation at 26 CFR 1.1-1 attempts to create a
tax liability for federal citizens and resident alien, BUT
not for State Citizens!!
