Private Attorney General in the USA Encourages All Americans
to Present Orders for U.S. Notes to Their Banks and Financial Institutions

My Fellow Americans,

Below please find our formal Request that the U.S. Bureau of Engraving and Printing
resume issuing United States Notes in the usual denominations.

In order for this recall policy to be honored and implemented as smoothly as possible,
your Purchase Order for any particular combination of U.S. Notes will need to be backed
by your
commitment to surrender timely the equivalent combination of Federal Reserve Notes
("FRN")
as soon as your banks and financial institutions notify you that your Order is ready
for delivery.

If you would prefer that the Bureau of Engraving and Printing issue an Order Form
for this purpose, please communicate that preference to the Office of the Director,
Attention:  Hon. Larry R. Felix (see below).

Thank you for your good faith cooperation with this bold and ambitious recall policy.

Sincerely yours,

Private Attorney General in the USA
Formally Requests Bureau of Engraving and Printing
to Resume Issuing United States Notes

Hon. Larry R. Felix, Director
Office of the Director
U.S. Bureau of Engraving and Printing
14th and "C" Streets, S.W.
Washington 20228
District of Columbia, USA

Greetings Director Felix:

My office respectfully requests the United States Bureau of Engraving and Printing
to resume issuing United States Notes in the usual denominations, in order to honor
and implement the recall policy clearly enunciated in this DECLARATION OF INSOLVENCY:

http://supremelaw.org/cc/fox2/insolvency.htm
http://supremelaw.org/cc/fox2/insolvency.explained.htm
[begin quote]

To that end, the United States desires to achieve the requisite reorganization by instituting a well publicized public program for exchanging all FRNs one-for-one with United States Notes duly issued by the United States Department of the Treasury. That exchange is to occur at qualified banks and other qualified financial institutions without the need to produce any personal identification, and without the need to complete Cash Transaction Reports (“CTR”) of any kind.

[end quote]

We are making this bold Request of your good Offices, in part because of the
numerous COUNTERFEIT versions of OPM's SF-61 APPOINTMENT AFFIDAVITS
which have been produced in response to our timely and proper FOIA Requests
for same e.g.:

http://supremelaw.org/cc/sebelius/geithner/letter.2010-04-21/affidavit.refused.jpg
http://supremelaw.org/cc/sebelius/geithner/letter.2010-04-21/affidavit.gif

http://supremelaw.org/cc/hedges/
http://supremelaw.org/cc/hedges/United.States.Notice.htm

It is also true that several other Cabinet occupants have been aware
of these COUNTERFEIT credentials, and their neglect to prevent and/or
failures to remedy these Constitutional violations have rendered all of them
specifically liable to the United States (Federal government) under 42 U.S.C. 1986
if not also 18 U.S.C. 241:

Accordingly,
none of the latter Federal "employees" has any authoritywhatsoever
to contest this Request in any "official" capacity, although we do always welcome
the full exercise of their Freedom of Speech, as guaranteed by the First Amendment.

On the other hand, your Office does enjoy the clear Constitutional mandate
expressly conferred by the authority at Article I, Section 8, Clause 5, as follows:

http://supremelaw.org/ref/whuscons/whuscons.htm#1:8:5

We also wish to take this opportunity to bring President Abraham Lincoln's
famous "greenbacks" to your immediate attention:

It would be a shame if the White House yielded now to the very same bank usury
which President Lincoln wisely declined to accept near the end of the Civil War.

The similarities between that time frame and America's current financial situation
are numerous and profound.

Thank you very much, Director Felix, for your timely consideration and professional cooperation.
