Sometimes you try to do something nice for a person, and they get all cranky about it.
 
Katherine Sebelius, the beleaguered whipping girl of Obamacare head of Health and Human Services, is one of those less than gracious gift recipients.
 
Instead of being happy to receive a thoughtful gift from Tennessee State Sen. Brian Kelsey, Sebelius appeared to be downright miffed.
