A targeted Russian missile strike on Kryvyi Rih. All necessary services are on site, working to mitigate the consequences of the shelling and to help people. Some people are wounded, and they are receiving medical assistance. As of now, it is known that, tragically, four lives were claimed by this strike, all of them civilians. My condolences to their families and loved ones.

Everywhere in the world, such strikes are called by the same name—terror. The only way to stop this is by applying sufficient pressure on Moscow, on the Russian system, forcing them to abandon war and terror. And this depends on our partners—on the United States, on Europe, on other countries of the world.

What separates us all from at least a complete and unconditional cessation of strikes is the lack of Russia's consent to end the war, and only the world's pressure can ensure such consent.

Furthermore, all such Russian strikes prove that Ukraine needs a sufficient number of air defense systems and missiles to protect all people in Ukraine from Russian terror. We are working with all our partners toward this goal and we thank everyone who is helping us. We are grateful to everyone who understands that pressure on Russia and stable support for Ukraine are essential.

Today I was in Dnipro and held a meeting with entrepreneurs of the Dnipro region — currently the number one region in terms of contribution to Ukraine’s GDP and in many other key economic areas.

I thank everyone who is preserving and creating jobs in the region, everyone who is working for Ukraine and for the benefit of Ukraine. We will continue all government programs that have proven effective and that support our production and our economy.

There is still more we can do to support our industry — I’ve instructed government officials to fulfill what the entrepreneurs have asked for today.

Ukraine’s results are shared results — the achievements of all those who have chosen Ukraine, who are actively working for Ukraine, and who are ready to do whatever is necessary for our country to endure and achieve its goals.

I thank everyone who stands with Ukraine.

I met with the ambassadors of the TitansUA project in Dnipro. The project was created to support defenders on their path to recovery after injuries and achieving fulfillment in civilian life.

During the meeting, we discussed veteran policy, particularly its implementation in the region — including veteran employment, cooperation with businesses, and sports-based rehabilitation. All great initiatives already working effectively in the regions should be scaled nationwide.

It’s very important for all of us to support our veterans who have endured a heroic path. We must work together to implement initiatives that will be effective and truly help all our people returning from the front.

I thank every warrior for their vital fight, for their courage, service, and for defending our country. I wish them all a speedy recovery. Special thanks to the medical workers who treat, support, and bring our defenders back to life every single day.
